You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or schedule a consultation. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

YouZone operates a concierge longevity-medicine practice. Content on this website, including service descriptions, blog articles, and informational copy, is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. No physician-patient relationship is formed by visiting the site or submitting a contact form. A clinician-patient relationship begins only after a formal consultation, intake and (where applicable) signed agreement. See our Medical Disclaimer for the full statement.

Consultations and follow-ups are scheduled through our online booking system. Specific cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policies are provided to you at the time of booking and in your patient agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as disclosed in those documents.

Fees for consultations, programs, and any products sold through the site are disclosed before purchase. Payment is processed by third-party processors (e.g. Square) that have their own terms and privacy practices. Refund eligibility is governed by the specific program agreement you sign at the start of care, please review that document carefully.

YouZone operates outside of insurance. We do not bill insurance carriers. We can provide superbills you may submit to your insurer or HSA / FSA administrator for possible reimbursement at their discretion.

All site content, text, images, video, graphics, logos, code, is owned by YouZone or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you submit a testimonial, review, photo, or other content to us (collectively, “User Content”), you grant YouZone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our services and marketing. You represent that you own the content and that it does not violate anyone's rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the site at scale, except for legitimate search-engine crawlers respecting robots.txt.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

The site may link to third-party websites (e.g. our partner practices, lab providers, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. You access them at your own risk.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouZone, its affiliates, clinicians, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouZone and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
